Northview is a lovely community in Plainfield Charter Township in Kent County, just to the northeast of Grand Rapids. As of the 2000 census the population was just over 14000. Commuting to and from downtown Grand Rapids is convenient via highway US-131, I-96 and Plainfield and Division avenues. Some of Northview’s attractions include a short drive to Fifth Third Ballpark, Celebration Cinema and IMAX Theatre and Meijer Gardens.

One of the newer condo projects in the works is Celadon New Town. This condo development is located just west of the Beltline on Knapp Rd and offers an urban feel in the form of Modern Row style condos to stand alone luxury condos. Prices start in the $150k range. Waterford Condos off of the E. Beltline on Grand River Drive are luxurious condos starting in the $400k price range and feature lake access on Versluis Lake. You can also find very affordable living space at Northwood Hills Condos with units starting at $80k.
