The Peck Building
This afternoon Ill be meeting a client downtown and taking her through some pretty nice and VERY affordable condos. This is a great time to buy a condo. Prices have dropped substantially and sellers are really sprucing things up. If you are a first time buyer you also have the $7500 tax credit to look forward to.
Ill be showing 2 condos at Plaza Towers, a Peck condo, 2 at the Hillmount condos and 2 at Cherry St Lofts. Im pretty excited. The Peck condos are interesting and Cherry St Lofts are a very cool urban/loft offering. I was in there when the building was being gutted and was in there a few months ago with the developer. They have done a terrific job with large kitchens and around 900 square feet total. Ill take some interior pics and post them up.

I have done a couple of blogs on showings. You can actually write 5-6 blogs on the questions and things that you saw during your visits. It is a great idea that you can link back to your condo review section and any standard questions that come up. Looks like good work to me. Hope you had luck today, it will be easier tommorow. 50 degress in New Orleans but then back to 70s next week.
