That was a fun showing actually. We went back a couple of days later and wrote an offer on one of them. I had my kids with me and by coincidence they had Santa rappeling from the top (30+ stories up…) down to the street. My son really enjoyed that! It was freezing, blowing snow and the guy still did it!
