Peck condos are a downtown Grand Rapids condo conversion that is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. The Peck building is located at 40 Monroe Center at the corner of division and was built in 1875. It was completely renovated in 2005 resulting in 12 new condos. This part of Monroe Center has heated sidewalks and the police station is right across the street! Next door is Little Bohemia, a trendy clothing store and a few doors down is XO Asian Cuisine, which is billed as the finest Chinese restaurant in town. Around the corner is the Civic Theatre, you have a grocery store across the street, as is one of my favorite coffee shops, West Coast Coffee.

Peck condos are affordable 1 and 2 bedroom loft style condos with rich hardwood floors and exposed brick walls. Each condo comes with a dual washer/dryer unit, large windows and unique floor plans. Many of the condos have been fitted with Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and track lighting. You’ll own a bright residence with tall-beamed ceilings and the large windows that let in the light and the energy of downtown. Another interesting fact is that bedroom walls are not shared with the bedroom walls of any of the other units.

Parking is behind the building that can be leased per month or there is a parking ramp on Ionia, a few minutes walk from your condo. Peck condos are close to several much more expensive condos (Cityview condos and Front Row condos), offer low association fees, basement storage and pets are also allowed.
