Clark Place CondosSo I have been showing Clark Place Condominiums to potential buyers this week and I have to say I am very impressed with this project. As one of the City’s newest downtown Grand Rapids Condos, this is a fantastic project and will turn out to be a superb place to live.

As I mentioned in my previous post, Clark Place Condominiums offer large living spaces for the price. We are talking about an average of $115 per square foot, which is below the average cost for a condo in Downtown Grand Rapids. Also, the association dues are $0.18 per month, also very reasonable considering what you are getting.

What you do get at Clark Place Condos are large living spaces with open floor plan layouts, large bedrooms with walk-in closets, tall ceilings and very large windows. I have now seen most of the floor plans and I can honestly say that I haven’t seen one yet that I didn’t like. The condos are bright and airy and all on the top floor of the American Seating building. The grounds are nicely landscaped with a large, quiet courtyard with water fountain, benches and grilling area in back and an amphitheater which seats 75 people. There is plenty of parking as well as each unit comes with its own private garage. The lot has ample room for (free) quest parking as well.

Grand Rapids Boat Show 2013

Grand Rapids Boat ShowIn its 68th year already, the Grand Rapids Boat Show is a West Michigan tradition. It starts February 13th and runs throughout the weekend until Sunday, February 17th. This year will be even better than the last one and last year’s boat show was phenomenal. Expect to see a vast array of power boats, Motor Yachts and Cruisers as well as Great Lakes Catamarans, Tugs, Trawlers, and even a new Australian marvel, Sealegs…for those that need to get their boat out of Lake Michigan and up onto the beach.

You will also get to see the latest and greatest in technology as well as the usual samples of runabouts, fishing boats, ski and wakeboard inboards, pontoons and deckboats. I can’t wait!
